If there is a need for an organization to build the capacity of people to lead change we design and deliver a leadership workshop that meets the needs of each group of people involved. We offer the mental models and practical tools of Participatory Leadership while at the same time we create the space and conditions for participants to be in meaningful conversations in order to reach their own solutions. Therefore crucial for our work is to clarify together with our clients the collective need or purpose that we want to explore during the training. Event Planning
From our international experience we combine participatory methodologies to design events that really support a collective purpose. Through our work we “cultivate” the space for collective dialogue and ensure the “harvest” of the results in order to let a collective meaning emerge rather than have in event for the sake of the event. Both methodologies based on dialogue as a way to revitalize corporate culture and relationships. Can also resolve conflict issues among employees as people experience genuine dialogue and learn to talk with inquiry instead of advocacy. Furthermore World Café/Open space can be a high quality problem solving process because it brings out for use the collective intelligence of the group and as a result provides creative answers to the questions/problems of interest from that level of intelligence. We support the systemic transformation and strategic planning of organizations using tools of Participatory Leadership in a long-term collaboration. Members of an organization enhance their mental models on participatory leadership and learn to practice hosting and harvesting skills while working on the organizational projects. Visual Recording
Visual Recording is a visual representation of not just the process, but more importantly the key insights and collective knowledge that is emerging through an events conversations and interactions. For participants it gives an 'eagle's view' of what they are in and it helps them to begin to see the new patterns and knowledge that is emerging. It also becomes a collective map that is usually scanned and offered in either printed form or pdf form that people continue to use after the event to track new ideas and prototypes that emerged during an event.
