Yesterday my daughter started school. Everybody is wishing for her success, and good grades in the years to come, studies in the best universities and so on.

People, wake up. The important thing is that she becomes a kind, warm and trustful person. The rest will come. A, and don't forget healthy as well.

Small note: Education always helps and makes things easier. The grades don't always show education unfortunately (or fortunately)

A successful and playful good school year for all your children! May they become what they wish. Your job is to enable them to do exactly that.

🌟 I’m Launching HiRi at 49 — Here’s What I’m Learning 🌟

Friends, family, and fellow HR pros—big news! I’ve officially started my own one-person HR consultancy, and it’s been quite the ride so far. As I dive in, I’ve been taking advice from savvy entrepreneurs (think Kevin O'Leary and other business gurus) and here’s what’s really resonating with me:

I’m committed to owning the store—not just sweeping the floors. This journey is about freedom, focus, and taking calculated risks.

Each morning I ask: what are the 3–5 things I must get done in the next 18 hours? And then I block out distractions to power through the most important tasks first.

3️⃣ Hire Smart, When the Time’s Right
Even as a one-person show, I’m planning ahead. When I do bring someone on board, it’ll be as a contractor at first—so we both get to see if it’s the right fit.

4️⃣ Money Habits of the Wise
I’m consistently saving 15% of every income—and investing smartly. Diversified, disciplined, debt-free. Because as an HR expert I help others—and now I’m applying that wisdom to my own life!

5️⃣ Choose Your Partner Wisely
Turns out love and money really do go hand-in-hand. Talking finances early in a relationship avoids stress later—and helps protect your shared future.

6️⃣ AI Is a Powerful Sidekick
I’m leaning into AI tools to handle research, content, and marketing. It’s not the enemy—it’s the new team member I’ve been waiting for 👍

7️⃣ Health, Authenticity & Longevity
If you want to run a business at 49, or 59, or beyond—you’ve got to take care of yourself. Good sleep, regular exercise, and staying true to who you are—these aren’t optional. They're essential.
