Visit of the German Ambassador to Aeroservices SA: Strengthening Greek-German Cooperation in High Technology

On September 16th, the German Ambassador to Greece, Mr. Andreas Kindl, visited the facilities of Aeroservices at Pahi Megaron. During the visit, the Ambassador was extensively informed about the activities of the Greek company, which plays an important role in the field of aviation and defence technology in Greece.

This visit took place within the framework of the cooperation between Aeroservices and the German high-tech company Hensoldt, strengthening the ties between the two countries in strategic areas such as defence and economic development.

At the DEFEA 2025, HENSOLDT, a leading provider of sensor solutions for defence and security applications, and AEROSERVICES S.A., a premier Greek Maintenance and Repair Organization (MRO) and NATO contractor, have signed a agreement to expand their cooperation in the Greek defence and security sector.

Σήμερα 21η Δεκεμβρίου 2023, υπεγράφη μεταξύ της εταιρείας μας AEROSERVICES SA και του Υπουργείου Εθνικής Άμυνας / Γενική Διεύθυνσης Αμυντικών Εξοπλισμών και Επενδύσεων (ΓΔΑΕΕ), η υπ’ αριθμόν 001Γ/23 Σύμβαση «Εν Συνεχεία Υποστήριξη – Follow On Support (FOS) Ελικοπτέρων AS-332C1 SUPER PUMA».
Η Σύμβαση είναι διάρκειας τεσσάρων ετών και ύψους 37.767.204 ευρώ, περιλαμβάνουσα όλες τις προβλεπόμενες Επιθεωρήσεις των ελικοπτέρων καθώς και την προμήθεια ανταλλακτικών.
Η εταιρεία μας, βασιζόμενη στις δυνατότητές της και την τριακονταετή πλέον εμπειρία από την συνεργασία με τους φορείς των Ενόπλων Δυνάμεων και των Σωμάτων Ασφαλείας, εγγυάται την υλοποίηση του προγράμματος Τεχνικής και Εφοδιαστικής Υποστήριξης των ελικοπτέρων Έρευνας και Διάσωσης της Πολεμικής Αεροπορίας και την επίτευξη υψηλών διαθεσιμοτήτων.

On the 21st of December 2023, Contract 001Γ/23, titled "Follow On Support (FOS) for Helicopters AS332C1," was officially signed between the Hellenic Ministry of Defense/GDDIA and our company, AEROSERVICES SA.
The signed contract foresees a comprehensive scope, encompassing various Inspections for helicopters and the procurement of spare parts. Duration of the contract is for four years, with a total value of 37.767.204 euro.
Our company's robust capabilities with over of three decades of experience in collaborating with the Hellenic State Military and Law Enforcement Organizations, commits to ensure the successful ex*****on of the Technical and Logistic Support Program for the Search and Rescue Helicopters of the Hellenic Air Force.
