Adamantium Holdings Inc., Charity, Essequibo Coast, recently handed over two Cheques to the St. Monica/Karawab Communities, Upper Pomeroon, and Akawini Community, Lower Pomeroon, to help offset the cost of their contestants representing their respective village in the upcoming Miss Region-2 Amerindian Heritage Pageant, slated for Saturday July 25th., in the Regional Democratic Council Compound, Anna Regina, Essequibo Coast. Deputy Toshao of St. Monica/Karawab, Mr. Vivian Hendricks receive the $300,000 dollars Cheque which will help offset the cost of their Contestant Ms. Mariela Courtman, while the other Cheque of $150,000 dollars was handed over to Akawini Toshao, Mr. David Wilson, this will also help offset the cost of their Contestant Ms. Melanie Richards. Handing over the Cheques was done by General Manager of the Adamantium Holdings Inc., Mr. Eric Gomes. It was done in the Company's Head Office Boardroom, Charity, Essequibo Coast.
At the handing over of the Cheques, Mr. Gomes extends his warmest wishes to Ms. Mariela Courtman, Ms. Melanie Richards, and all other delegates competing in the Miss Region-2 Amerindian Heritage Pageant 2026. The General Manager also said that the Company's Executive Chairman Mr. Alfro Alphonso make a promise during community meetings at the 2025 Elections Campaign in the Pomeroon that he will give back to Communities in the Pomeroon, as well as the Hinterland Communities. " So this is yet another promise made during the campaign trail being fulfilled by Mr. Alphonso, Mr. Gomes said."
Meanwhile, Deputy Toshao Mr. Hendricks sincerely thanked Mr. Alfro Alphonso for the generous donation.
Akawini Toshao also thanked Mr. Alfro Alphonso & his Company for the timely donation.
