Tune in to your instincts, it’s okay to end the chat early if you’re feeling uncomfortable. In fact, it’s encouraged. And if you feel unsafe or need another opinion, excuse yourself politely or ignore responding to the chat.
Protect Your Personal Information
Never share personal information, such as your identification or passport number, credit card details, contact number, home and work address, your social media account details or details about your daily routine (Eg: You go to a certain gym every Monday) with people you don’t know. If you are a parent, limit the information that you share about your children on your profile and in early communications. Avoid sharing details such as your children’s names, where they go to school, or their ages or genders. Do be reminded that any personal information given by you to a person you don’t know well could link to scam and we definitely want to protect you from that.
Report all suspicious and offensive behaviour
When your date crosses the line and when they do, we want to know about it. Promoting business and harassment will not be tolerated. Report to our consultant and we will investigate. A reminder that anyone who violates our terms and conditions may be banned from our agency and there will be no refund on services
