day (PM) at 6pm nag decision na po kami mag pa admit sa hospital sa tulong ni Dr. Noli Bayani ng Sta Elena Camarines Norte, kami ay naka kuha agad ng confirmation at salamat kay Dra. Helen Tan from Pagbilao at sa aking bayaw na si Russel sa agaran ayuda serbisyo ng kanila 🚑 ay naihatid kami 3 sa 🏨 agad ng Sta Elena.
