Great mindfulness workshop! So happy we are finally back in the offices conducting onsite workshops again! is more important then ever now as so much uncertainty looms. Mindfulness helps with employee mental wellbeing and stressssss relief. Something we all need right now.

Poor lighting can cause headaches, eye strain, poor concentration and decrease performance.
