Dear all,

We regret to inform you that Asopie will be closing its operation in Hong Kong. Our last day will be April 30.

We launched Asopie in 2017 with a mission to share the Amazonian way of life with the Hong Kong community, whilst creating opportunities for economic development back in our tribal communities in the Amazon region. Throughout the years, we have served thousands of people and businesses - and have connected with interesting people from all backgrounds. It has been a great journey and we would like to wholeheartedly thank you for being part of it.

We are living in challenging times, and the last two years have been particularly tough for Asopie. After holding out for as long as we could, we are sad to see this journey come to an end.

Despite everything, Asopie's mission will live on, we will continue this journey and we cannot wait to see where that will take us.

We used RIPE FROZEN plantains to make these absolutely nutrients-packed blueberry pancakes this morning.

Ingredients:
Plantains (yellow-ripe frozen)
Chickpea flour (organic besan flour)
Organic raw brazil nuts
Chia seeds
Sunflower seeds
Jumbo Blueberry
Poppy seeds
A pinch of salt
Water

Blend the plantains with chickpea flour and water until dense and smooth and incorporate all other ingredients. Fry and voilà!

YUCA FRITA (fried cassava), TOSTONES (fry-flat-fry plantains) with roasted tomatoes, mushrooms with Madame Jeanette pepper and broccoli!
So good, so good, so good! We topped it all with a tub of our delicious, creamy and thick Açaí pulp!!

Grill it!!🔥🔥
Nothing like GRILLED RIPE PLANTAINS to kick start your Monday. These plantains were yellow-brown, quite ripe from the outside but still solid and firm on the inside. Swipe to see the raw plantain slices that we put on a grill with some oil and a pinch of salt. They came out DELICIOUS, savory, slightly sweet and soft, they were all gone in 60 seconds!😄
Green or yellow or dark plantains, in all their stages of ripening, there are great recipes you can make to cherish and enjoy this delicious gift from the Amazon jungle.

It’s an açaílicious day today with these super duper plantain pancakes!!

Made with Asppie’s ripe plantains and ragi flour. These pancakes are gluten, dairy, sugar and oil free. They are high in protein and super energizing. Topped with a mix of Asopie Pure Graviola and Asopie Pure Açaí pulps blended with homemade cashew milk!
