Mental Wellbeing Booster

This is a 45-minute awareness online webinar session.

Join and learn how our mind naturally works and how we gain insight into the nature of our attention and how it impacts our reality & wellbeing.

The aim of this short session is to introduce a few practical strategies to reduce stress and better cope with uncertainty.

In this session you will:
– Learn how the mind has a natural tendency to get hooked by negative or anxious thoughts and how this impacts our capacity to meet life’s difficulties, uncertainties and challenges
– Explore how the way we relate to the stressors in our lives holds the key to our well-being, and we train the mind to more skillfully respond vs. react to difficult thoughts, emotions, sensations, or events.
– Gain insight into the nature of our attention and how it impacts our reality & wellbeing.
