郵輪職位招聘

職位:Guest Relations,客戶關係服務主任 ( 10名)

職責: 於前台處理旅客需要,提供優質服務予旅客,例如:（遺失行李，客房更換，物品遺失等，亦要負責印刷客人的郵輪鎖匙卡及Daily Program(郵輪節目表）,亦需要處理郵輪旅客的投訴,及負責協助旅客兌換外幣，旅行支票和客戶賬戶收款等。

基本語文要求:流利中文及流利英文

工資: 1900 - 2500美元起,另有Bonus及Tips,合約期 6 - 8個月，休假1個月後可再續約，郵輪上免費包食包住及來往香港機票。

Ship management

The Company in a professional attitude to provide our customers with comprehensive quality of the ship management services. It can enjoy the following services by paying the annual management fee.

1. The Company may act as the Hong Kong representative person as a shipowner;

2. Assisting to purchase the required publications of the ship (such as Garbage Record Book, Oil Record Book,GMDSS Radio Log, etc.) (postage free);

3. Providing services for delivery of the documents (such as Crew Agreement, Official Log Book, etc.) (postage free)；

4. Assisting to apply for permission of Carriage of Fi****ms and Ammunition on board;

5. Assisting to apply for dispensation of manning;

6. Assisting to transact Collective Bargaining Agreement;

8. Assisting in dealing with seafarers' matters.



Remark: Pursuant to the Merchant Shipping (Seafarers) Ordinance, all seafarers serving on a Hong Kong registered ship shall be employed under a Crew Agreement. The period covered by a Crew Agreement should normally be not longer than 12 months. Its relevant terms and conditions shall not be less favourable than those under the provisions of the laws of Hong Kong that the Standard Clauses provided by the Hong Kong Marine Department.



As there is a different standards for crew 'agreement in various countries and the supervision of the International Transport Workers' Federation at the port, the Hong Kong Marine Department is also accepted the use of the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) by Hong Kong registered ships under the laws of Hong Kong, in order to facilitate the smooth operation of the ship in the port.

註: 依據《商船(海員)條例》所訂，凡在香港註冊船舶上服務的海員，均須以《船員協議》”服務條款及條件”僱用，協議期通常不超過12個月。其相關服務條款及條件須不低於香港法例規定，即香港海事處所提供的標準協議條款之標準。



由於各國對船員協議有不同標準，同時在有國際運輸工人聯會(International Transport Workers' Federation) 在港口監督，所以香港海事處亦在法例下接受香港註冊船舶使用”集體談判合約” (CBA) 作為船員協議，以方便船舶能順利進出入各國港口運作。

海員事務 - 香港執照

在香港註冊船上工作的高級船員或普通船員並無國籍規限。

根據香港法例:

- 香港人(高級船員) 在香港註冊船舶上工作，必須持有有效的合格證書。

- 非香港人(高級船員) 在香港註冊船舶上工作，必須持有香港特區政府簽發的執照。

-本公司是香港特區政府指定的其中一所合格船舶服務公司，可為非香港人(高級船員) 申請代辦香港特區政府簽發的執照，辦理手續如下:

Seafarer Affairs - Hong Kong Licence

There are no nationality or residential requirements for the officers or crew members serving on Hong Kong registered ships

Under the laws of Hong Kong:



- All Hong Kong deck officers and marine engineer officers serving on Hong Kong registered ships must hold valid Certificates of Competency issued by the Marine Department.

- Non-Hong Kong deck officers and marine engineer officers serving on Hong Kong registered ships must hold valid Hong Kong Licences issued by the Marine Department.

Our Company is one of the qualified shipping service company designated by the HKSAR Government and may apply for a Hong Kong license for non-Hong Kong officers issued by the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR). The procedures are as follows:

A Government fee of HK $ 400 is required to be paid

Issue of three months of temporary Hong Kong license Immediately
