Victor Makeup Born and raised in Hong Kong, Victor decided to step into the realm of makeup shortly after graduating from college in the United States.

He has been awarded certificates accredited by International Federation of Aestheticians (INFA) with Gold Master and Confederation of International Beauty Therapy and Cosmetology (CIBTAC). Victor has taken part as a makeup artist in fashion shows organized by different agencies such as Hong Kong Trade Development Council and Macao SAR Government. He was also in the makeup team for dancers in, a Ho

ng Kong pop singer, Sammi Cheng, “Sammi VS Sammi” concert. In addition, Victor has demonstrated basic makeup skills on television and has been interviewed by a magazine on topics related to the attributes of makeup artists. Victor is currently based in Hong Kong.
