The phrase goes, “let the bygones be bygones”, meaning that we should move on from the past. Rather than moving on completely, we urge you to take this opportunity to reflect and grow from our highlights and lowlights.

Our past humbles us, and provides guidance on how to plan for the coming year. This is a tool that belongs to you and you only.

Through thoughtful reflection, we are inspired to think outside of the box, find a new perspective and reframe our mindset.

This new perspective will provide a refreshed approach to propel you to bigger and better things.

We are so very grateful for this past year, where we had the opportunity to refresh our approach at Integral! After hours upon hours of reflection and reframing, we have now relocated our office to SPACES, a new full-serviced office concept that will help us be better for you.

Our new space allows for us to host workshops of different sizes, one-on-one coaching sessions and small group meetings, providing added flexibility and convenience.

We hope that in 2023, you too will reflect, reframe and refresh your approach.

This is what 2022 is meant to do.



2021 was a story of breakthroughs, breaking through the traditional modes of business, breaking through hardships that 2020 left us with, and more importantly, a breakthrough of exploring inwards rather than outwards. If anything, 2021 taught us to explore our own depths, how malleable, how resilient, and how we too, can surprise ourselves when given the circumstances.

We are grateful for the year, how it brought us closer amongst our closest circles, and how it made our seemingly small world big again.

The beginning of 2022 urges us to take a step back, to take count of our blessings, and to reflect on how this year could be ‘the year’. Take this year to discover more within ourselves, and develop stronger self-efficacy, in order to empower ourselves to push further.

Our true hope for you is that when reflecting on the past year, think of how far you have come, and how you can transcend in 2022. Rise through adverse times, recognize the opportunities and be extraordinary.
