ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANT / ASSISATNT MANAGER 30-35K
Location: Tsim Sha Tsui / 5 days work

Job Highlights:
Accounting / Internal Control / Investor Relation / Legal and Compliance

Responsibilities:
- Conduct internal control review for existing process and continual improvements
Prepare investor presentation, interim report, annual report and other listing documents
Conduct research and analyze financial market information. - Participate in investor requires, and company website maintenance - Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:
At least 3 years’ relevant experience
Bachelor Degree or above in Accounting or related disciplines Diligent, good interpersonal skills, strong sense of responsibility and willing to learn
Good command of both written and spoken in English
Less experience candidate will be considered as Assistant Accountant

Job description:
· Report to the Finance Manager
· Assist in preparing monthly consolidation reports
· Support to prepare international tax reports
· Assist in any other ad-hoc duties and projects assigned by the Manager

Requirements
· Degree or above major in Accounting, Finance or relevant discipline
· Minimum 3 years of experience in either consolidation or tax
· Trained by big 4 or 2nd tier accountancy firms will be an advantage
· Qualified accountant with HKICPA or other similar professional qualifications
· Energetic, willing to learn, and able to work in a team
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
· Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
