[Unplug and Reconnect to Life]
Our CSR program "Unplug and Reconnect to Life", which is co-launched with Loginn, was being a part of "Fun-D 2017" this Mid-Autumn Festival. "Fun-D 2017" is Zhuhai-Macau original design exhibition held by Loginn. They have passed a warm message of reconnection to designer and design-lovers via a Red Line (which means linkage of love in China) in the festival of re-union. Thanks Loginn and all the volunteers!

聚眾成群─漁夫的成功之道

上回，與大家分享了漁夫的平凡與定位；今回，欲與大家討論漁夫的生活與成功。一般而言，漁夫的形象都是堅毅的眼神、黝黑的皮膚、強力的臂彎及殘破的船網，甚至孤高的身影。或許，這漁夫的定型已然根深柢固、深入人心，但我們認為真正的漁夫絕非獨夫，而是可群的眾人。

無論是海明威筆下的老人或有血有肉的真漁夫，都必然與社會作出互動、互補。漁夫，垂釣於海邊，自給自足，與天地為一，徬彿一人即可成就生活。但所謂天有不測之風雲，或風或雨、或鯨或鯊都會破壞寧靜平淡的生活，掠奪終日辛勞的漁獲；人有旦夕的禍福，或危或險、或疾或病都會打亂籌謀已久的計劃，摧毀千計萬算的雄圖。漁夫畢竟是仰仗天地的人，不可預知的未來雖充滿誘惑，但亦伴隨難以預測的不安。與其獨自而瞻前顧後，不如聚眾以各施其職。

為了在天地中，覓得安身立命之地，除了個人的條件外，漁夫亦需最優秀的團隊，確保漁獲、減少意外。試想想漁夫辛勞終日卻又空手而還，正因他缺乏團隊支援。所謂「工欲善其身，必先利其器」，漁夫打魚，憑藉力量和精神外，銳利的漁槍、柔韌的漁網、堅固的漁船都能大大提昇其漁獲和效率，但漁槍靠鐵匠、漁網出村婦、漁船由工匠，絕非漁夫一人能包辦的。另外，漁夫辛勞整天，正需休息之際，卻因無人看管漁獲，而功虧一簣，這也說明瞭團隊的重要。

今時今日，職業分工越趨細緻，成功的事業依靠團隊而非英雄，因此崗位的專業化亦漸為大眾所認識。正如上言，儘管漁夫如何優秀，他都必需不同功能的夥伴，組成進可攻、退可守的團隊。同樣道理，任何優秀的領袖擬定任何政策，都必需團體加以實行，而這團體又必須能夠企及領袖的眼光。但人材難得，人材質素將直接影響團隊的力量。對此，俗語雖有雲：「三個臭皮匠，勝過一個諸葛亮」，但這只是聚焦於集思廣益的可貴，乏略了培訓進步的可能。因此，團隊必需磨煉和訓練，與其滿足於臭皮匠的奇蹟，何不追尋諸葛亮的傳奇。

一向以漁夫自居的我們，透過與不同團隊的互動和學習，更能明白漁夫們的需要和不同崗位的特性，設計最貼心和最具針對性的課程，幫助不同的漁夫提昇個人實力，找到最能發揮的崗位，組成夢幻團隊，同心協力在怒海中生存、在湖泊中生活。我們務求打造一支又一支能更有效推動世界的漁夫團隊，成就彼此的成功，藉此締結更高峰的事業。聚眾成群，正是漁夫的成功之道。

我們都是漁夫─運行世界的凡人

說起漁夫，不少人都會想到海明威的《老人與海》，而主人公的形象亦會隨即泛於腦海之中。其實，不管是高明的哲學討論或純樸的文學描寫，《老人與海》都是十分地道、親切的故事，因為老人與大自然的爭鬥正是無日無之，在世界任何角落不斷輪迴的事情。正是如此，漁夫不獨是與大自然爭鬥的英雄，更是運行世界的凡人。

不少人慕名而讀《老人與海》，為其感動的是簡潔、明快的風格，直接了當，而不故作高深，將深刻的哲理說得非常淺白。漁夫歷經八十多天的辛勞日子，又與大自然搏鬥了整天，最後竟落得空手而歸的壯烈。容或，大部份人都會聚焦於漁夫的偉岸，或大自然的殘酷，但我們卻以為英雄只是一時，殘酷亦非僅於一事，故兩者都只是剎那光境而已。漁夫的故事，實在告訴我們，人雖平凡，卻都是運行世界的凡人。

漁夫，憑藉堅毅不拔的耐性和精神，挺過沒有獵物的日子，終迎來豐盛一刻，正正說明了「人可以被毀滅，但絕不能被打敗」的格言，砥礪着人世的正氣，鼓勵人們面對困難，只管硬着頭皮，迎難而上，雨過終必天晴。同時，不管人格如何堅忍，大自然仍是不能拂逆的存在，所謂「謀事在人，成事在天」，便是大自然的強橫寫照。也許，故事只此而已，但當我們往深處挖，便不難發現整個故事的主旋律，並非如上言般轟烈，而是平淡的肯定凡人。

當我們將視野置於人之上而非人時，可以發現漁夫的堅忍，其動機只是滿足生存的基本需要，雖然過程迸發了激烈的光芒，但對於世界實在只是微不足道。但正是這微不足道，可見人作為「天地人」三才之一，其參天地的地位和作用。其實，漁夫捕漁而食，不獨滿足自己，亦能滿足自然。漁夫獵魚，雖於其自身，一無所獲，但鯊魚卻因而得食，反映了食物鏈的堅固不易和天道的循環不息，故捕魚雖平常，卻維繫着世界的運作。世界就如龐大無比的器，而人便是當中既平凡，卻又獨一無二的齒輪，分別只是位置和力量。

為此，我們毅然接受這自然的定位，並嘗試從中凝聚、增強和發揮更大的力量。「LIFE POWER 生命動力」秉承漁夫的精神和深化其凡人的位置，努力不懈，為世界的運行貢獻心力。為使世界變得更美好，凡人價值得到更高的發揮，我們不斷思考、設計、實踐、分享方法和活動，提昇不同的人的精神和能力，並藉槓桿原理，增強和循環至公司、企業和社會，讓更多人成為漁夫般的凡人。
