In memory of Gaz Regan on 3 February we drink the Finger-Stirred Negroni.

Last November, the bar industry was saddened by the tragic news that the beloved Gary “Gaz” Regan (1951-2019), a writer-bartender who propelled the “craft cocktail” movement, passed away at the age of 68 battling with cancer.

What reminds us best of him other than his books “The Bartender’s Bible” and “The Joy of Mixology”, has to be his infamous Finger-stirred Negroni. On 3 February, let us stir a Negroni with this quirky stainless steel life-cast of Gaz’s actual index finger to celebrate the life of the bartending legend. 👇🥃
