「未知生，焉知死」傳統對死亡有所忌諱，鮮有談論。死亡總是為人們帶來哀傷，缺失、遺憾、絶望和恐懼等折騰，既然如此，我們怎樣才能達成生死兩相安？

「天為生命定壽元，人為生命賦意義」有限的生命裡活出精彩、滿足及有意義的人生，又從死亡裡如何給後人帶來正面訊息，「身體髮膚，受之父母，不敢毁傷」，如好好生活，就是報答，珍惜眼前人……活在當下。
