A Education Firm in Central, they are seeking for high calibre candidate for the position:

Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Perform day-to-day office administrative support including data entry, filing and scanning in a timely and efficient manner
- Responsible for managing the reception area, handling phone calls and greeting guests
- Handle client communication and schedule meetings
- Monitor office supplies and replenishment
- Assist in issuing receipts, invoices, payments
- Arrange air tickets and hotel reservations;
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma, associate or above;
- Working experience in administration / accounting roles is preferred;
- Excellent in spoken/written English and Chinese
- Good interpersonal relationship and communication skills in all levels;
- Able to handle multi-tasks with strong problem solving skills;
- Pleasant, mature, self-motivated and detail oriented;
- Computer skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Chinese inputs;

 5 days work
 Year-end bonus (depend on performance)
 Medical scheme
 10 days annual leave
