Responsibilities:
Formulate and execute business and store operations strategy
Train and develop sales teams to drive business through an elevated experience and client database
Ensure visual excellence standards are consistently maintained
Contribute to the development of the boutique action plan and lead its implementation.
Conduct regular product knowledge, sales, and visual excellence trainings to ensure retail partner sales teams are knowledgeable and able to provide a consistent elevated experience

Requirements:

• Min 3- 5 years of professional experience in 'system development projects', ideally from IT Consulting
• Solid experience in project management, solution planning or delivery
• Strong technical background and project management skill
