Bamix – 全世界第一支手提攪拌棒，於1954年正式誕生。

發明者Roger Perrinjaquet 有見其他品牌的食物處理器只需簡單開動按鈕，就能將食物打發好於一個容器內，預備煮食之用；同時理解到當時歐洲國家的廚房普遍較為狹窄，於是決心發明一件能取代多件廚房工具的用品，希望能方便使用，同時節省收納空間。

於1954年，首支Bamix 、亦是全球首支手提攪拌棒於瑞士正式誕生。Roger Perrinjaquet 以法語battre et mixer，改其名為Bamix，而其意思Beat為敲擊、Mi為混和之意。

60多年來，Bamix 於全球均贏得各專業人士的信賴。Bamix 現已融入於全球多個大大小小廚房之中，作預備料理之用。
