Mr. Lau acted as CFO to assist China Kangda Food Company Limited (834.HK) for their listing exercise both in Singapore and Hong Kong respectively.

2008
Mr. Lau again acted as CFO to assist Asia Fashion Holdings Limited (AFH:SP) for obtaining their listing status in Singapore.

2013
Mr. Lau, participated and acted as Managing Director in a China LNG Factory-Merger & Acquisition project.

2015
Mr. Lau acted as Consultant to assist in the Fund Raising exercise of a Cosmetic distribution Company.

2015-16
Mr. Lau acted as Executive Director to assist in one properties group in Hong Kong, with 30 shop premises, for corporate restructuring and preparation for listing.

2017
Mr. Lau acted as member of the Fund's Investment Committee in coordinating, assessing and approving the acquisition of a Mobile Phone Distribution business.

2019
Mr. Lau has been participating as Strategic Shareholder and assisting in an integrated LNG project from the construction development of liquefaction factory to storage tank and gas stations.

2019
Mr. Lau acted as a member of the Professional Consultants team in advising a sizeable Hong Kong Listed Company in their de-listing exercise.

Allied Power was found by Mr. Stanley Lau in October 2012. A brand he established for the provision of business consultancy services to various corporates in Hong Kong.

This includes the provision of advisory services covering corporate management functions such as company secretarial and compliance, tax planning and management as well as financial and costing management.

In 2019, a corporate Certified Public Accountants practice namely “Allied Power International CPA Limited” was also created working in close association with our corporate services team in order to provide one-stop financial and corporate services for our clients.
