**小本創業攻略 **

年輕人創業意欲高企,2015年更被形容為「創業年」。但要創業,如何可以「刀仔鋸大樹」?由專家及過來人一同分享他們成功之道。

縱有好點子,但口袋資金有限,如何能成功創業?香港貿發局中小企服務中心舉辦了一場中小企創業工作坊,以「小資本創業攻略」為題,請來香港青年協會督導主任鄧良順及兩名創業人士,分享實戰經驗,透露如何有效利用「香港青年創業計劃」(YBHK),突圍而出。

香港青年協會督導主任鄧良順表示,2015年被形容為「創業年」,年輕人創業意欲高企:「只是香港生活迫人,不少人更是『月光族』,雖然有好的點子,但只有小資本,面對有限資源,該如何創業?」

他引述香港貿發局去年發布的《香港青年創業調查》,指香港青年人的創業意向顯著上升,「但八成受訪者開業資本僅20萬元以下,大部份屬小本創業。」

香港青年協會督導主任鄧良順表示,年輕人創業意欲高企,但卻欠缺資金,大部份屬小本創業。

YBHK資金助2000人創業

鄧良順指有意創業的年輕人,可考慮香港青年協會推出的「香港青年創業計劃」(YBHK)。計劃主要服務的對象,為18至35歲的香港永久居民,必須要具有一年內計劃開業的實際構思,又或已開業不多於三年的公司。至於提供的主要核心服務有四項,包括創業啟動金、創業指導及專業諮詢、業務支援及資訊及網絡。

作為全港首個一站式青年創業支援服務,YBHK自2005年7月推出以來至今年3月底止,收到的申請逾1,600份,申請人數超過2,000人,而批出業務數目155項,貸款總額接近900萬元。鄧良順指提出貸款申請的項目,主要涉及服務業、零售業、貿易及飲食業。

資金與人脈 創業同樣重要

他進一步說,在創業啟動金方面,每項業務最高可獲15萬港元的免息創業貸款,首6個月豁免還款,第7個月起最多可分24期償還。至於最終得到多少貸款金額,則由評審委員決定。

鄧良順指出,對於那些錢不是最大問題、但卻缺乏人脈網絡的企業來說,YBHK可以提供創業導師及包括法律、會計、財務及人力資源等的專業諮詢。「曾有前香港單車隊代表,在屯門創立單車零售業務。他熟悉供應商、處理貨源、銷售等安排,卻不熟悉稅務或會計,所以我們安排了專業會計師從旁指導,解決他的創業疑難。」

樂活退休族有限公司創辦人及行政總監楊銘賢指錢、人力資源和宣傳,就是創業最重要的3大元素。

善用坊間資源創業

鄧良順說,YBHK正計劃提供一個網絡平台,協助青年創業家進入本地工商業網絡,提供工業、貿易、財務及法律等資訊,以為基本商業營運資料。他表示,「我們與香港貿發局有緊密合作,例如每年的『創業日』,我們提供展示場地,讓創業人士增加曝光機會推廣業務,又大大減輕他們的推廣成本;另外,我們亦會透過辦公室器材轉贈和安排傳媒採訪等,增加創業者的可用資源。」

樂活退休族有限公司創辦人及行政總監楊銘賢表示,當年透過YBHK取得數萬元的啟動資金,創立網站和手機Apps,為準退休或剛退休的「新中年」提供工作、學習和活動資訊。

他指創業最重要的3大元素,為錢、人力資源和宣傳。「有意創業人士可以善用坊間提供的資源,例如YBHK和科學園培育計劃等,都對現金流十分有幫助;宣傳則可以透過傳媒,他們的作用甚大,可以讓更多人認識公司的業務。此外,大家亦可參加不同的比賽,藉此取得免費的宣傳和廣泛的接觸層。」

經濟轉型,傳統行業青年人上位有難度,創業成為大勢。究竟在廿一世紀創業,有甚麽是Dos or Don'ts?

創業風勁吹,但如何實踐創業夢?香港貿發局早前開辦「識得創,一定係創業」講座,請來經濟師及年輕創業家等大談創業之道,吸引不少有意或新晉的創業者來取經。

香港貿發局經濟師馬穎德指出,青年人創業已成目前大勢,貿發局去年進行的創業調查便發現,有意於未來3年創業的年輕人比例,較2011年調查上升六個百分點,創業者亦以高學歷人士居多。

她表示,「在政府及不同機構的推動下,現時創業氣氛更濃厚。」其中,零售業創業門檻較低,成了不少年輕人創業的起點。此外,受智能手機普及的帶動,資訊科技及通訊亦成了另一較受追捧的行業。

馬穎德又提到,95%受訪年輕創業者會利用成本較低的網上平台,以作業務推廣,同時會傾向較保守的小本創業之途。「超過80%創業者的開業資本為20萬元以下,資金來源主要為自資或向親友借款。」她又稱讚現時的年輕老闆,指他們更重視社會責任,不少新晉公司都有社企精神的理念。

開設公司,租用辦公地點少不免,奈何現時寫字樓租金昂貴,未必人人可以負擔。因此,專為創業者而設的共用工作空間 (Co-working Space),或可成為他們低成本創業的另一選擇。

本港寫字樓租金每年平均升幅達25%,更屢見歷史高位。雖然政府計劃增加寫字樓面積供應,估計新樓面最快10年後才推出市場,因此創業者短期內仍要面對「捱貴租」的困局;故此「租金較低、彈性度大」的共用工作空間,便有助降低創業風險。

他指出,共用工作空間源自美國,在當地已相當普遍,這些空間可為創業者提供完善的辦公、活動及會議的軟硬設備。黃守禧說,共用空間另一好處是可匯聚不同行業,營運者亦會舉辦不同類型的創業活動讓租戶參與,令創意氣氛濃厚,「剛創業資金不多,大家可透過等價交換,帶來更多的生意合作機會。」

在發展急速的年代,究竟是要積累經驗才創業,還是選擇畢業後即時創業?「80後」的陳耀峻及「90後」的譚華昕,皆選擇了後者,憑著「好橋、細心及創意」,打開各自的創業天空。

2009年大學畢業的陳耀峻,是看準了iPhone的熱潮,與朋友成立手機程式公司Play More,在6年的不斷從失敗中學習,令陳耀峻悟出「冇人比我更精」的成功法門,將公司由最初的3人規模,發展至今天的18人公司。

陳耀峻的公司,開發出不少經常高踞下載熱門排行的手機程式,由「MPad」,到「八達窿模擬器」及「又有得賣喇」等都十分受歡迎。他表示,這些應用程式不算他們首創,但卻憑著做得比對手細緻這個方針,其所開發的程式得以大賣。以炒賣iPhone程式「又有得賣喇」程式為例,公司增加了通知用家iPhone開售詳情的功能,資訊較其他市場上相類程式精準,因此大獲好評,並為公司賺取了未來3年發展資本。

「每個人都有創意,但並非有『驚世好橋』就能贏;反之能將簡單的概念做得精細,才會走得更遠。」陳耀峻說。

除此之外,能捉緊潮流,也是能成功創業的重要資本。修讀電影的譚華昕,便與4位熱愛拍片的好友,將嘲諷式的網文拍成短片放上YouTube,成功吸引網民的關注,贏得高點擊率並帶來工作機會,在2013年順勢創立自己的廣告公司「開片」。

譚華昕說,「我的專頁積累了一定觀眾,證明有市場價值。」他指網絡宣傳較傳統的宣傳渠道更容易「爆紅」,因此愈來愈多針對年輕人的品牌利用網絡行銷,YouTube便是其中一個渠道。

他說,「開片」主要經營網絡營銷及短片宣傳,較傳統的廣告公司更接近年輕人,與他們「地氣」相接,成為了公司特色:「廣告公司收入較開設純製作公司為多,支持我們繼續拍片。」

如何創業,又如何可以創業成功。秘訣像很簡單,就是專注、持之以恆和做好風險管理。但當中不少說來容易卻行之有難度的,有專家逐一講說。

創業是很多人的理想,但每年仍有不少中小企結業告終,究其原因,主要是缺乏創業風險管理知識和業務有欠專注。有見及此,香港貿易發展局邀請了專家,分享創業時的須知及風險管理技巧,希望可以幫助創業者避免不必要的風險,把握黃金機遇,實現夢想。

商業風險評估專業協會主席李培華表示,近年很多年輕人放下書本便想創業,有些工作幾年的上班族也想出來闖一闖。他認為早點出來創業不是件壞事,尤其是年輕人,因為「輸得起」,若有家庭支持就更理想;反之,錯過時機再想創業就會比較困難。

**商業風險評估專業協會主席李培華表示,無論做甚麼生意,均需考慮五大基本要素,包括商業營運模式、有哪些目標顧客、瞄準哪些市場、誰是競爭對手,以及創業資金來源。**

養成創業好習慣 多思考凡事做準備

若是創業,應做甚麼較好?李培華便指創業者要有創意及有改變的思維。他建議有心創業人士不論是坐車或睡覺,要習慣一旦有靈感便即時記下,否則容易瞬間即逝。跟著,創業人士便要組織資料和構想,審視其可行性,期間可參考坊間資訊及數據,「當選定了產品或服務,就不要多心,一心一意專注發展、實踐及具體化已有的想法。」

他說,有了創業初步構思後,便要深入研究這盤生意的各項要素,而當中最首要的,便是所開發產品或服務是否客戶真正需要的,並要透過觀察市場、接觸及詢問客人意見,以便製定未來產品的發展方向,及有實際的解決方案。若須找合夥人幫忙,便要找有共同信念,能一起拼搏的才可。

至於商業運作模式,李培華指創業者要清楚生意是否真的可行,簡單來說就是「能賺錢」,最好能有八成把握才放膽發展。他又說,要掌握市場之餘,創業者也要有心理準備「花無百日紅」這個道理,當生意或行業發展至某一高峰時,便要設法再找另一出路,否則待業務開始滑落才想補救辦法已太遲。

政府鼓勵創業,不少年青人都考慮「自己做老闆」,香港貿發局主辦的創業日因而兩年參展及出席人數均屢創紀錄。

業務具獨特性 做好風險管理

他強調,「做生意講求產品或服務要具獨特性,在眾競爭者中突出自己,即使市場對手眾多,也不要受影響而左搖右擺,要堅持深入並專注原有的業務發展。」

此外,李培華指產品或服務的質量固然重要,價錢也要合理才容易成功,關鍵是能滿足客戶的期望及贏得信任,因此口碑相當重要。「切忌在客人前吹噓浮誇,但也不要刻意降價遷就。若新產品無人認識,更要在品質下功夫,以建立品牌口碑及信譽為目標。」

資金對創業者尤為重要,故創業前可先考慮一下,用何種方式集資最為適合。他提醒,草創資金必須足夠應付首六至十八個月營運開支,否則很難持續經營下去。「以零售業為例,單是聘請銷售員月薪也要1萬元;若是科技公司招請電腦程式員,現在也要1至2萬元,故必須有充裕資金守業及周轉。」

李培華表示,要做好風險管理,創業者可透過1.確辨風險;2.分析風險;3.採取適當措施;4.決定方案;5.執行程序;和6.定期稽核六個程序尋找潛在風險。在日常營運中,創業者亦要留意如何防患於未然,不接一些超出能力的訂單、減少財務負擔、做好兩手準備分散風險和通過保險轉移風險等的各種安排。
