睇翻琴日出爐喇既預算案，似乎政府對節能方面都唔多重視喎。

事實上，有機構就做過調查，如果全港變哂綠色建築，每年可以慳到104億。所以如果政府花多D資源響提倡興建環保建築，加上提供購買節能產品資助補貼俾市民，不但對整體環境、社會發展方面有所裨益，長遠都可以幫公司、小市民慳翻唔少電力開支!

The 2014/2015 Budget was released yesterday. It seems that the government does not concern about the energy-saving issues.

In fact, a green organization has done a research that if all buildings in Hong Kong are green, it can saves 10.4 billion! 大家知唔知道咩係顯色指數呢? 其實係係評價照明光源既一個重要指標。顯色性愈高既光源對顏色既表現較好，所睇到既顏色更接近自然原色;反之，所睇到既顏色偏差亦較大! 如果去到90以上就最好喇!
