Emil擁有20多年的工作經驗，曾在多間跨國銀行任職營運和行政管理工作。由於需要管理多家在亞太區之分行和經常與不同國籍與文化背景的同事和供應商溝通，早年已經在管理學上體驗出自己一套有效的人際溝通技巧。Emil熱愛攝影藝術和戶外體育運動，他致力透過實際應用身心語言程式學上有層次之理論和簡單的工具，結合影像和身心的鍛鍊，提升學生的個人能力和團隊合作性。 Emil現為知名培訓機構之首席培訓顧問、身心語言程式學認可教練、認可高級催眠治療師、認可高級時間線治療師及註冊網球教練。

Thomas擁有20多年的工作經驗，曾經在一間全球性企業任職項目管理工作。他在管理上的經驗為自己裝備了卓越的分析和管理才能以及優秀的溝通技巧。過去幾年，Thomas探索出身心語言程式學的溝通技巧不單可以應用在項目管理上，而且可以伸延到家庭、個人成長和人際網絡的應用，並致力分享他的想法給予社會大眾。Thomas 現為身心語言程式學認可教練、認可臨床催眠治療師。

Emil Chan
With over 20 years' experience in IT, project management and back-office operations of foreign banks in Hong Kong, Emil is currently the China Managing Director of Greater China Capital and co-founder of AMI Power N Consulting. He graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with an MBA degree. Emil is the chairman of Hong Kong IBM User Group, a non-profit-making organization for the IBM users in Hong Kong to do networking and idea exchanges. He is also the council member of iProA, chairing and leading the Offline Club, Web Care Award and many community servicing projects
He is a Certified Trainer in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Certified Master Hypnotherapist, Certified Master Timeline Therapist. and USPTA Recreational Tennis Coach.

Thomas has over 20 years’ experience in IT and is currently the Project Manager of a global IT company and the co-founder of AMI Power N Consulting. His working experience has well-equipped him with outstanding analytical and management as well as communication skills. In the past years, Thomas has explored the power of communication skills in project management with the use of NLP and is committed to applying those skills to family and at work, as well as to sharing his thoughts with society.
