1. TCSP License (Trust or Company Service Provider License Company registration and incorporation services Incorporating a company in Hong Kong or other jurisdictions such as BVI, Seychelles, etc. on behalf of clients. Sell ready-made "Shelf Companies".
2. Serve as a company secretary or director Provide statutory company secretary services to client companies (this is a necessary position required by the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance). Acting as a nominee director or nominee shareholder on behalf of the client.
3. Provide a registered office or correspondence address Provide the client with the company's registered office address (Registered Office). Provide commercial correspondence addresses, mail collection and forwarding services.
4. Trust Services Arrangements for acting as trustees (e.g. setting up family trusts, asset protection trusts, etc.). Providing management and administration services for trust arrangements.
5. Due diligence and compliance consulting Since TCSPs are highly regulated, licensees can conduct due diligence (KYC) for their clients, ensuring that business activities comply with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements. Assist clients in opening bank accounts (act as introducers).
