🌟Newtech Unveils Hong Kong's Largest Liquid Cooling System at HKUST!🌟

We are proud to launch the largest liquid cooling system in Hong Kong, driving innovation in AI infrastructure and supercomputing towards a greener and more sustainable future.

On top of sophisticated immersion cooling equipment, more importantly, we incorporated end-to-end GPU solutions from OneAsia in this groundbreaking project, showcasing our ability to provide a total AI infrastructure solution as an AI Factory Enabler.

Game-changer🚀
This cutting-edge system reduces energy consumption for cooling by over 80%, resulting in an estimated annual reduction of 900 tons of carbon dioxide and achieving a PUE of less than 1.1. It sets to drive breakthroughs in computing power demanding sectors like GenAI, LLM model training, biomedical science, and fintech.

We are honoured to work with The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology - HKUST in this transformative project. Special thanks for the support from HKUST and Dr Samuel Kwan, Director of ITSC, HKUST! Thanks to CLP for hosting this inspiring event and we are honored to be one of the three success showcases at the ceremony! We are proud to demonstrate our immersion cooling solution, as part of our efforts to promote practices in the data center industry.

As the recipient of Innovation Award, we are excited to share the impressive improvement in energy saving of our immersion cooling solution. It has proven to be a game-changer, allowing us to reduce electricity consumption by 45% compared with traditional air-cooling systems. In addition, it can easily handle IT load of over 40KW, catering to high requirements of computing power by generative AI applications nowadays. It’s one of best cooling solutions to resolve the pain point of overheat problems in GPUs usage.
