開公司銀行戶口

最近聽到有客戶查詢有關申請政府資助，或者想在疫情期間申請網上收款系統。

但係，原來公司其實一直未開公司銀行戶口。其實未開銀行戶口，除了不可以正式同客戶做生意之外，申請政府資助都會有困難，例如科技券、遙距營商計劃等，就需要公司銀行戶口收取資助，以各項支付系統註冊與Visa、MasterCard、八達通、支付寶、PayMe等。

青年發展委員會

在學期期間尋找實習？ 由民政事務局與香港數碼港管理有限公司 （數碼港）合作的青年初創實習計劃，令有更多的青年人可以親身體驗創業的活動。為有志青年提供為期三個月的實習機會和各種充實活動，為有才華的學生與數碼港社區公司架起橋樑。

雖然第一階段的報名時候剛完成了，但要密切留意下一階段的報名時間。

香港貿發局「創業快綫」

專為有意發展內地或海外市場的本地初創而設的培育計劃，初創只要成立不足五年而集資額少於一千萬美元，且具核心業務設於香港，產品或業務集中在人工智能、大數據、金融科技、健康科技、綠色科技等創科發展，即符合參加資格。

參加者將參與一系列培訓工作坊及市場推廣活動，並接受專業導師指導，以完善他們的業務計劃， 同時建人脈及增加曝光。

公司改名須知

要開設一間本地有限公司前，最好做下功課先，要參閱一下公司註冊處的《香港公司名稱註冊指引》，了解有關公司名稱的所需的問題。

1. 公司改名時要注意且中文名稱必須是繁體中文字
2. 公司可以只註冊中文名稱或英文名稱，亦能同時註冊中文及英文名稱各一
3. 成立有限公司公司名必須有「有限公司」 “Limited”字樣；
4. 申請者需留意提交的名稱會否與現有公司名稱過於相似，否則有可能遭到公司註冊處反對。如果擬用的公司名稱不獲批准，公司註冊處不會退回已繳交的存放文件費用。

Company name change notice

Before setting up a local limited company, it is best to do your homework first. You should refer to the "Guidelines for the Registration of Hong Kong Company Names" of the Companies Registry to understand the necessary questions about company names.

1. Pay attention to the company name change and the Chinese name must be in traditional Chinese characters;
2. The company can only register a Chinese name or an English name, or it can register a Chinese name and an English name at the same time;
3. To establish a limited company, the company name must have the words "Limited" and "Limited";
4. Applicants should pay attention to whether the submitted name will be too similar to the existing company name, otherwise it may be opposed by the Companies Registry. If the proposed company name is not approved, the Companies Registry will not refund the fees paid for storing documents.
