Five minutes to pitch. Thirty minutes to defend the vision.

Yesterday, we had the opportunity to pitch VINI in front of the CBAN - Croatian Business Angels Network at MICRO-LINK in Zagreb.

Nine investors in the room. One company. No hiding behind a 40-slide deck.

What impressed us most was the format: a short pitch, followed by a deep and direct discussion.

Sharp questions, different perspectives, and exactly the kind of challenge that makes the story — and the company — stronger.

We walked in to present VINI. We walked out with a few new ideas for how to build it better.

Big thanks to the CBAN community for the energy, knowledge and great discussion.

Paris, VivaTech. On Saturday, 20th June, we had the opportunity to present VINI at one of Europe’s most important innovation stages, surrounded by founders, investors, industry leaders and policymakers shaping the future of mobility.

While most people still see aviation as an industry built around fixed schedules and operational constraints, we see something different: a future where air mobility is on-demand, intelligent and dynamically orchestrated by software.

The conversations, feedback and interest we received in Paris reinforced one thing — the market is ready for a smarter way to fly.

And with every airport disruption, delay, cancellation and operational bottleneck we see across Europe, we gain more evidence that what VINI is building isn't just an idea.

After 6.2k kilometers on the road in the last two weeks with Tomislav Lang & VINI — from Zagreb to Bern, Straubing, Munich, Maribor and now Rimini for Routes — one thing became obvious: Europe doesn’t lack demand for regional mobility. It lacks connectivity.

Routes Conference brought great conversations, strong interest, and the start of exciting new partnerships.

The gap in regional aviation is real.

Exactly one month ago today, at Bern Airport, we introduced the Bern-Munich corridor as an important next step in building a new model for regional air mobility in Europe.

Bern-Munich is one visible part of that model, but not the only one. VINI is already operating and developing additional corridors including Mannheim-Berlin, Hamburg-Sylt, and cooperative connections from Friedrichshafen to Düsseldorf, Hamburg and Berlin.

VINI is not just another airline. We are a software-led mobility platform that structures, manages and enables regional air connections through a different operating logic: demand-led, corridor-focused and built to unlock underserved markets.

Our proprietary system is already live. It supports the way mobility is coordinated across routes and partners, creating a more flexible and scalable foundation for regional aviation than traditional point-to-point thinking alone.

In partnership with MD Aircraft GmbH, we are also contributing to the transition toward electric aviation. We see electrification as an important next chapter, but the core transformation starts earlier: with better software, smarter corridor design and a more disciplined way of building regional air mobility.

VINI is not an extension of the old model.
It is the beginning of a new one.
