My day kicked off early this morning with a series of online meetings, including a significant session with a major retailer and distributor based in France.

As a company that handles not only Japanese cuisine but also premium selections from around the globe, their perspective was truly inspiring. What struck me most during our discussion was their profound respect for the "story" and the "producer’s vision" behind each product—often valuing these narratives as much as the quality itself.
