Minden reggel hat körül ez látvány vár, nyugalommal, madárcsicsergéssel, egy-két autóval.

Egy ilyen környezet akarva akaratlanul gondolkodásra késztet:
• tudjuk-e értékelni a pillanatot?
• tudjuk-e az adott pillanatban, hogy boldogok/elégedettek vagyunk?
• csak utólag lehet a boldogság/elégedettség állapotát felismerni?

• mindig mindenben csak utólag vagyunk bölcsek?
• a bölcsesség valójában a távolságból, visszatekintésből jön - abból, hogy már nem vagyunk érzelmileg benne a szituációban?
• ha igen, akkor van-e értelme a tanácsadásnak, prevenciónak?

Spoiler alert: másokban ez a környezet más gondolatmenetet ébreszt. És ez így van jól 😂🤣🍑🍉👀

To all my international friends, the captions in English:

Following another reminder (original post in comments) about how to communicate about professional services, let me tell you what problem I solve, how and for whom.

The problem issue is actually my pet peeve, too, because many of my clients believe it is enough if they talk about themselves and what they do instead of always, ALWAYS focusing on the (potential) client and talking to them and from their perspective.

My clients enter the world of entrepreneurship as employees and therefore struggle with the employee mindset for years. Especially if they don't work with me ;)

The employee mindset goes hand in hand with the good girl attitude, where we don't want to disturb anybody, prefer not to enter into a conflict or stir any discomfort.

At the extreme end, my clients enter business with the main goal of wanting to be liked, which is probably the most dangerous expectation.

My task as their business and mindset coach is to train their brain to work from a business mindset, to approach their business from their clients' perspective.

It may be difficult at the beginning, but once it clicks, they are never coming back and even if they reenter the workforce they keep their business mindset and become an even greater asset for their employers.
