Arah Cipta Guna has 147 researchers and consultants (21 people are holding a PhD/Dr degree, 112 people are holding a master degree, and 14 bachelor degree), both permanent and temporary staff. ACG full-time staffs graduated from a variety of disciplines, such as Economics, Management, Marketing, Accounting, Communication, Law, Art, Science, Public Policy, and many others, both from national and In

ternational Universities. Almost all consultants have been conducting researches, consulting and trainings on various fields with an excellent quality. The founders, consultants, researchers, and trainers of ACG have extensive networks both in national and international. ACG staffs have good communication skills. They are able to write reports comprehensively with a good design in Indonesian language as well as in English. They can also analyze data and gather primary data through survey and interview. They are generally qualified as instructors / facilitator training, Good communicator in Marketing and Advertising, and some are even qualified a competency assessor in BNSP. The above experiences show that ACG has a competitive advantage, in particularly working on large-scale jobs that require complex logistics management in a short time. ACG works in an intensive coordination and mutual support to each other, including in terms of human resources. ACG has very broad access to various resources to ensure that the job run smoothly. We have outsourcing staffs and non full-time researchers, consultants and trainers for a range of activities (research, consulting, and training) and spread over 33 provinces. We also have partnership and cooperation with various leading universities and institutions, government institution (central and local), donor agencies, and survey institutions.
