Web Developer

Job Description :
• Develop innovative software, enhance and maintain existing software applications.
• Software and database designing, planning, architectural design and analysis.
• Implement, customize, test, document and maintain software applications.
• Deliver projects on-time and to specification with an appropriate level of quality.
• Performs testing, optimization and debugging; and code reviews.
• Writes documentation to describe system development, logic, coding, and corrections.
• Develop automated functional tests and carry out system documentations.
• Generate and provide strong reports and analytical information for top level management in accurate and timely manner.

Requirements :
• Excellent knowledge and hands-on experience in desktop programming : Delphi and SQL Programming (SQL Server)

Teknisi Gedung

• Membantu operasional seluruh peralatan yang terpasang di dalam gedung, sesuai dengan prosedur dan ketentuan.
• Bertanggung jawab melakukan pengecekan dan perawatan secara berkala terhadap seluruh peralatan / fasilitas gedung yang berkaitan dengan mekanikal (tata udara, sanitasi, plumbing dan transportasi) dan elektrikal.
• Bertanggung jawab melakukan pemasangan dan perbaikan terhadap seluruh peralatan terkait mekanikal dan elektrikal, yang datang dari Building Manager / Corporate Affairs Manager dan berkoordinasi dengan pihak yang kompeten.
• Membuat laporan secara berkala mengenai permasalahan yang ada, perbaikan dan hasil perawatan seluruh peralatan dan keadaan dalam gedung.

Kualifikasi :
• Usia maksimal 35 tahun.
• Pendidikan minimal STM / SMK, jurusan Listrik / Mekanik / Sipil.
• Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun dibidang yang sama, diutamakan yang berpengalaman dalam menangani gedung bertingkat.
• Menguasai system perawatan dan perbaikan mechanical / electrical gedung : genset, kompresor, AC, lift, Plumbing, dsb.
• Dapat bekerja secara cekatan.
• Tahan terhadap tekanan dan mampu memenuhi target pekerjaan yang ditentukan.
• Mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim.

Product & Training Specialist

The candidate is responsible for analyzing product training needs.
Plan, propose, develop and present product sales training and evaluate training programs to measure the training effectiveness.
Evaluate market demand for company products and adaptability to local practices.
Assist special marketing & promotions activities, such as product demonstrations, launching, gathering, trade shows, beauty fairs etc. and provide feedback on result.

Requirements :
Minimum Bachelor Degree education in Health, Skincare and Beauty, Marketing or Training.

Certification for trainer/esthetician in skincare industry.

Good appearance and have fair skin.
Must be able in written and spoken English.
Excellent communication & presentation skills.
