Indonesian photographer Buce Buwantoro has been capturing images of Asia since 1998. Buce has in the past focused on the interaction between indigenous peoples and their environment, and as a result has traveled extensively across the Indonesian archipelago and further afield across USA, Europe & Asia including photographing for Iceland Tourism Board, both remote tribal people and modern urban lif

From 1998 to 2002,Buce worked as a photographer/writer for COLORS Magazine, since 2002, Buce has free-lanced for many regional and international magazines (National Geographic Indonesia, National Geographic Travel). He has publicised himself in the Advertising world as well – among others International Or Regional Clients and enormous multi national companies. Buce has been based in Jakarta for more than three decades, now located in Central Europe.
