Job Title: Field Service Advisor (Caterpillar Machines / Caterpillar Power Systems / Caterpillar Marine Systems)
Primary purpose of the job:

• To deliver industry-leading service support and outstanding value to our customers in the field; taking pride in making our customers more profitable and providing safe, innovative, eco-focused and cost-effective solutions in an efficient, timely and courteous manner.
Franchises:

Caterpillar Machines / Caterpillar Power Systems / Caterpillar Marine Systems Group.

Types of Machines :
Caterpillar Machines
Caterpillar Power System Group (Caterpillar / FG Wilson / Olympian)
All Caterpillar Marine Propulsion Engines, Gen Sets and Auxiliary Engines.

KPIs/KPAs:

• 100% accountability in accurately identifying service needs.
• Time spent up-front prior to dispatching service personal to accurately identify the problem and needed resources.
• Order parts.
• After all the resources are planned and obtained, dispatch technicians to the field to begin the repair.
• Utilizing Valued EM solution reports to drive repair before failure (including major touch points such as SOS reports , PSR Reports and electronic Faults communicated )
• Maintain a high level of recordkeeping related to his duties.

Liaises with:

Field Service Manager / Field Service Supervisors / Field Service Engineers /Field Service advisor / Field Service Warranty Technical Communicator / Field Service Receptionist / Service Accountant / EM Team / SOS lab

Job requirements:

Must have valid driving license.
Heavy Earthmoving Equipment Technical Knowledge.
Proficient with using AS400, Oil Commander, Vision Link and Caterpillar Websites (SIS, ET etc).
