i am full of gratitude and thanksgiving for all the forms of support i have received for my sojourn- the prayers, the space holding, the witnessing, the drying of my tears, and the financial support.

as of today i have received $2051. i still need $949 to journey to my ancestral home lands for 2 weeks.
(one week before and one week after teaching in england with and the team)

i depart next tuesday for my first week in ireland- my ancestral and heart home lands.

unpacking for rest(oration)

being oriented in rest(oration) is how we can show up and embody libertion for ourselves and our communities. unpacking for rest(oration) is a drop-in movement and medition virtual class. we use movment and meditation to support you in releasing what you are carrying in our physical, emotional, energetic and subtle bodies and to oriented your bodies in rest(oration).

these are online sessions and are non-verbal (outside of brief check in’s at the beginning and end of the session)
