Job Opening - Office Administrator Role - Full Time Monday-Friday

We have a full-time position for an Office Administrator based in our office in Wilton in Cork.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised person with strong administrative skills. This role will be a multi-departmental role which in turn will offer the successful candidate a broad range of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate the main phone line and direct calls in a professional, efficient, and timely manner.
• Organise and maintain appropriate filing and record-keeping, ready for auditing and inspection at all times.
• Respond to and resolve queries promptly.
• Monitor incoming emails and respond in a professional, efficient and timely manner.
• Carrying out general ad-hoc administration, office maintenance and credit control duties.
