Established in 1983, SVCC is a highly regarded organisation delivering counselling, advocacy, and education services to survivors of sexual violence across Cork City and County.
As the organisation approaches its first leadership change in over four decades, the Board is now seeking a thoughtful, values-driven leader to take SVCC into its next chapter.
This is a significant opportunity to lead at a pivotal moment, shaping the future of an organisation with deep roots and strong impact. The role calls for:
โข Senior leadership experience in a mission-led or publicly funded environment
โข Strong understanding of governance and regulatory responsibilities
โข Confidence working with statutory bodies and key stakeholders
โข A trauma-informed, survivor-centred approach
โข The ability to speak with clarity and conviction on complex and sensitive issues
