1 Year ago, on Friday the 10th of February, I left traditional employment to pursue my own business venture.
Little did I know that in that 1 year, my little dream would grow into something great and I'd grow along with it โค๏ธ
Being a business owner used to be something I said I'd never do, but those words were born through a fear of failure in the abyss of the unknown. The support I have received this past year from family, friends and business owners alike has been second to none and I am so so grateful to each and every one of you - THANK YOU!!!!!!

On Thursday the 16th of February 2023, KD Virtual Assistance will officially be 1 whole year old - and I just wanted to share a little milestone that I never in my wildest dreams, thought I could reach! I know it's late, but January was an INCREDIBLY busy month for me, both personally and professionally, which I'm so so grateful for - long may it last!

So far, during my first Christmas period as a VA, I've been speaking to a LOT of very busy business owners as they try to wrap things up for the year. Busy business owners means a busy VA!
I had started to think about how I expected January to be quieter and how I could plan for my own business, but .va.coach
from made a very interesting point over on her Instagram the other day.... January is one of the BUSIEST times for VA's!!
I had NO idea!!! But the more I thought about it, the more it made sense. Of course business owners have resolutions - and who better to help with them, than a Virtual Assistant?!!

We're entering the busiest season of the year, but the run up can be draining at best. Why not take this weekend to recharge your batteries, replenish your psyche and refill your cup - after all, you can't pour from an empty one!
Self care is so important to avoid burnout - You can't give 100% to anything if you don't look after yourself!
