I've had both.

I've learned that progress isn't about being motivated 24/7. It's about continuing to take small steps even when you don't feel like it.

You don't have to completely change your life this week.

Success means more when it's built on the right foundation.

As another week comes to an end, I've been reflecting on how grateful I am for this journey.

Not because everything has gone perfectly.

It hasn't.

There have been challenges, setbacks and moments where I've questioned myself.

But every experience has taught me something.

My faith reminds me that success isn't just about what we achieve.

It's about who we become along the way.

Business has given me opportunities to learn, meet incredible people and continue growing.

Faith reminds me to stay humble, lead with integrity and serve others with genuine care.

For both of those things, I'm incredibly grateful.

As we begin another week, my prayer is that we continue to grow—not only in our goals, but also in our character.

May we be kind.

May we stay grateful.

May we keep trusting God's timing, even when we can't yet see the full picture.

Some of life's greatest blessings don't cost anything.

This weekend I've been thinking about how grateful I am for the people around me.

Family isn't about having everything perfect.

It's about having people who support you, encourage you and make you smile.

Sometimes we get so busy chasing our goals that we forget to appreciate the little moments.

Sharing a meal.

Having a laugh together.

Checking in on someone.

Saying "thank you."

Those simple moments become some of our favourite memories.

Today, I'm choosing gratitude.

Not because life is perfect.

But because there's always something to be thankful for.

So keep showing up.

Comparison steals more dreams than failure ever will.

Have you ever looked at someone else's success and thought...
"I wish I was where they are."
I think we've all done it.
Social media makes it easy to compare ourselves with people who seem to have everything figured out.
But what we usually see is the highlight reel.
We don't see the setbacks.
The mistakes.
The sleepless nights.
The moments they wanted to give up.
One thing I'm reminding myself this week is that everyone has their own timeline.
Instead of comparing myself to someone who's ten steps ahead, I'd rather compare myself to who I was six months ago.
Am I learning?
Am I growing?
Am I becoming a better person?
If the answer is yes, then I'm moving in the right direction.
Let's focus on our own journey this week.
One step at a time.

This weekend I'm reminding myself to enjoy what's right in front of me.

A conversation.

A laugh.

A drive together.

Dinner with family.

Those simple moments often become the memories we treasure most.

I know I have.

Whether it's getting fitter, learning a new skill, building a business or working towards a personal goal, we naturally want to see progress quickly.

But I've realised something.

The days we don't see much happening are often the days that are preparing us for what's ahead.

Every workout gets you stronger.

Every page you read teaches you something.

Every mistake helps you improve.

Even if you can't see it straight away.

This week, don't get discouraged if things feel slow.

Keep showing up.

Keep learning.

Keep believing in yourself.

I've been thinking a lot about trust this week.

Not just trusting the process.

Trusting God's timing too.

Sometimes we pray for opportunities.

But we also have to be willing to prepare ourselves when those opportunities arrive.

For me, that means continuing to learn.

Continuing to grow.

Continuing to treat people with kindness and integrity.

Even on the days when nothing exciting seems to be happening.

Because faith reminds me that not every seed grows overnight.

Some things simply take time.

As another week begins, I'm choosing to trust that every lesson, every challenge and every step forward has a purpose.
