Cute little scrambler?

Not so cute when one of ours spotted it on Bateman Quay last night at 10.30pm driving with no lights on. A 15 year old "in control" with a 9 year old pillion passenger. No helmets and wearing shorts and flip flops. Seized under Section109a RTA and to be destroyed. Obviously a serious follow up with Tusla also.
Tragedy averted.
