Powering Irish business with solar energy ☀️

Proud to support Activ8 Energies and SSE Airtricity on the launch of a major new funded solar initiative, helping Irish businesses access on-site Solar PV with no upfront installation cost.

Through a Power Purchase Agreement model, the initiative is designed to support businesses in managing energy costs, improving long-term price certainty and progressing their sustainability goals – all while making renewable energy more accessible.

A brilliant milestone for Activ8 as it marks 20 years in business, and an important step forward for commercial solar in Ireland 💚

We’re proud to continue supporting charities making a meaningful difference this Mental Health Awareness Month 💛

Three incredible charities were showcased at the recent PRII Conference and we were delighted to be able to donate to them on the day. From the brilliant spokesperson representing them to the great merch and conversations at their stands, we loved learning more about the important work they do.

Shine Ireland, a national mental health charity dedicated to supporting people affected by mental ill health and reducing stigma through education, advocacy, and community support. Through peer support and recovery-focused programmes, Shine continues to make a meaningful impact in communities nationwide.

Belong To, an organisation that supports LGBTQ+ young people across Ireland through advocacy, youth services, and community programmes. Their work creates safe, inclusive spaces where young people can feel seen, supported, and empowered to be themselves.

Simon Community, whose vital services provide support, housing, and care to people experiencing homelessness. Their work continues to have a life-changing impact for individuals and families across the country.

We’re honoured to support and donate to these incredible organisations and to help shine a light on the important work they do every day 👏

Harris PR is incredibly proud to celebrate our Founder & Managing Director, Sonia Harris Pope MPRII , on being shortlisted for ‘Diversity & Inclusion Leader of the Year 2026’ at the prestigious IMAGE PwC Businesswoman of the Year Awards 2026 taking place this evening.

This recognition is a testament not only to Sonia’s leadership and vision within the communications industry, but also to her unwavering commitment to driving meaningful change across the industry’s workplaces and communities.

Sonia has consistently championed diversity, equity and inclusion as a priority. From launching Ireland’s first PR DEI Bursary in partnership with the PRII and Open Doors Initiative, now heading into its third year, to commissioning the first comprehensive DEI research study across Ireland’s PR industry, and creating a Toolkit for Employees to support more inclusive hiring practices and workplace culture, her work is helping to create a lasting impact.

“Our agency has the privilege everyday of seeing Sonia lead with purpose and empathy and, most importantly, by taking action. She challenges our industry to think differently and strive to do better, creating opportunities for people who may previously have felt that they had no pathway into PR. She puts passion and determination into every idea she has and is helping to shape a more inclusive future for both our industry and for the next generation to come into it,” says Natalie Burke Donohue, Senior Client Director and member of the Senior Leadership Team, who put Sonia forward for the nomination.

We are all cheering Sonia on tonight and wish her the very best of luck!

Human After All ✨

Some of the Harris PR team attended the PRII Annual Conference, exploring what it means to stay human in an age of accelerating AI, automation and change.

This year’s theme, strongly aligned with our own approach at Harris PR. In 2025, we introduced our client promise on AI, built around a simple belief: technology can support the process, but it cannot replace the judgement, creativity, empathy and responsibility behind great PR.

A brilliant reminder that while the tools may be changing, the heart of our work remains the same: trust, connection and smart thinking led by people 💫

Our very own Founder & Managing Director, , also featured on a panel discussion focused on employment and skills in the age of AI, where she lent her voice and expertise to an important conversation around the future of work, inclusion and the evolving role of communications professionals.

Congratulations to 💙👏

We’re delighted to share that Vika has been promoted to Senior Account Executive.

Since joining Harris PR in September 2025 through our DEI Bursary in partnership with the and , Vika has made a real impact across both the team and our clients. Her creativity, fresh thinking, and dedication stood out from day one, and this promotion is a reflection of the energy and value she brings to Harris PR.

Managing Director, comments “It’s been a pleasure to see Vika gain a foothold in the Irish PR industry through our DEI Bursary and even more rewarding to see how she has thrived on every opportunity and thrown herself into every client campaign with energy and creativity over the last six months. Early on it became obvious that Vika brought valuable communications experience from her career in Ukraine and has much to offer. It’s wonderful to witness her continued growth and development at Harris PR. She clearly loves the work, the clients and the industry, and we are proud to have her on our team.”

Please join us in congratulating Vika on this very well-deserved achievement 💙
