Action Recruitment We provide a world class recruitment service to the hospitality industry. Using our proven experienc Action Recruitment – the first hospitality specialists….

We are the leading hotel and catering recruitment agency in Ireland. In 1974 we bought Action Recruitment because it had a couple of telephone lines. It may seem odd but back then there was a waiting time of up to 12 months for a phone line. The Action Recruitment we bought handled mostly office jobs and the phone numbers had previously belonged to a matchmaker. This made for some entertaining phone calls in the early days. Recruitment is not an exact science but it does require a lot of empathy and an eye to the benefits for both parties. Here for the long-term
Celebrating 44 years in business in 2016 and looking forward to the next 44 years in business as one of the leading hospitality recruitment agencies in Ireland specialising in hotel jobs.
