What a great start to this week....FUTURENEERZ had our 1st F2F team session with 20 Leaders in Madrid yesterday....after 18 months! Truly grateful to finally connect face to face with a fabulous group of leaders! What a feeling! I was so engrossed in the session, I forgot to take a picture of us all in flow! So instead I'm sharing a beautiful view of Madrid! So happy to be back here after such a long time!

Yesterday, myself & Michael Stafford did a session with Jägermeister UK team on to support them on their journey- sharing tips & strategies on how to look after your wellbeing, deal with pressure, and reduce the impact that stress has on your life so you can move from to in work & life!

Last week we had a very special session with the Jägermeister UK Team - Michael Cleary & his management team – discussing the latest Q12 employee engagement results.

Despite COVID, MJUK has had incredible engagement results as part of the (OUTT) - which is pretty inspiring!

According to Gallup research, 70% of team engagement is down to the MANAGER.....and at the beginning of this process, we asked all the managers & their teams to be CHANGE AGENTS, driving change across the business and the results shared last week showcase their passion, grit & brave leadership over these difficult months where everyone is playing their part in creating a courageous & compassionate culture where everyone thrives!
