Iโ€™m officially signing off for 2025! I know itโ€™s no small thing to ask for help with something as personal as sleep, so to every family who trusted me to support and guide them this โ€” thank you. โค๏ธ

As for sleep over Christmas? My advice is to loosen the reins a little. Donโ€™t strive for perfection or stress over keeping the routine too much. A few late nights or missed naps here and there wonโ€™t derail things forever.
Focus on the memories and the magicโ€”it goes by so fast!

And look, if things go a bit sideways, donโ€™t panic. Iโ€™ll be back in January to get yous all back on track! ๐Ÿ˜‚

Being able to recognise when your little one is becoming tired is one of the ๐ ๐ซ๐ž๐š๐ญ๐ž๐ฌ๐ญ ๐ญ๐จ๐จ๐ฅ๐ฌ you can have as a parentโ€”and itโ€™s one that is often overlooked by many! Every child is different, and theyโ€™ll each have ๐˜ถ๐˜ฏ๐˜ช๐˜ฒ๐˜ถ๐˜ฆ ๐˜ด๐˜ช๐˜จ๐˜ฏ๐˜ข๐˜ญ๐˜ด to show when theyโ€™re ready to wind down for sleep.
