For those of you interested in movement practices, here is info about an upcoming weekend online course to develop your Internal Witness Consciousness.
This workshop is an introduction to the practice of Authentic Movement, and also to exploring our earliest, fundamental experiences coming in to body, and the consciousness therein, tracking our early embryological processes.

PRESENCE IN TIMES OF CHANGE
This online Zoom workshop will introduce some of the foundations of the ground form of The Discipline of Authentic Movement, an Embodied Mystical Practice, which cultivates the practice of entering into Direct Embodied Experience of the here and now, with oneself and others.
Authentic Movement is always practiced in the presence of a witness, who sits with their eyes open and follows their own experience from within whilst in the presence of the mover. The ground form is composed of learning to be a mover and track your own experience whilst in movement thus developing an internal witness.
Times (attendance is for the entire workshop):
6.00-8.30pm Friday 5th March
9.30- 5.30 Saturday 6th March
Costs:
150 euro (non refundable except in the case of workshop cancellation) payable in full on or before 5.30pm Wednesday 24th February, preferably through PayPal.
Participant Requirements:
· You will need to have had some experience of somatic and depth personal work; this workshop is not for complete beginners. There will be mostly experiential work which may trigger deeper personal process. You are encouraged to have your own therapist to bring any unresolved material to.
· You will need to commit to the full evening and day. It is not possible to attend only one or two sections.
· You will need to have a private personal movement space within which should be room to create a small Altar with flowers and a candle. You will also need a timer such as your phone or an alarm clock plus a journal/writing materials and some colouring/doodling materials.
