I arrive early to prepare the room and this is the most stressful part. I wanna be ready on your arrival and there is so much that needs to be done in 30 minutes: carrying all the instruments into the venue, setting them up, lighting up the candles (when it comes to candles, saying "less is more" doesn't exist, but this is just me😁 ), cleansing the energy in the room including myself. When all this is done, I like to make myself a cup of tea and keep it close during the session. I then take a moment for myself to connect with my inner Guru, with my instruments, I surrender to that moment and only then I am ready to welcome you to the session. Some people are calm, some are nervous; not knowing what to expect, some people are little bit shy, but that's ok - there is enough room for all kinds of emotions and everyone is welcome. When you are ready and comfortable on your mat/chair, I bring the first sounds gently. This is when you are still trying to control your busy mind and keep your eyes closed or stop the twitching of your eyelids😁 As the sound goes on, your mind slows down, your face feels more relaxed and you start feeling yourself arrive. You can feel pulsating sensation around your head, like a waves gently caressing sides of your head. Maybe you can notice gentle, buzzing energy around your abdomen and pelvis. You are deeply relaxed, and it's ok to allow yourself to snooze. Usually at this point I feel very relaxed too, but I do not allow myself to drift away because someone needs to be in charge 🤪
Oh, did you know how difficult it is to play a crystal singing bowl and make pictures at the same time? If you ever hear woozy sound it's becuase I was photo shooting 😁📸 Alright, that's enough information for today. I'm afraid I'm self-sabotaging my practice by telling you about my little secrets...
