Dear Parent/Guardian

My name is Donna Toughey. I have been working with massage since 1992.Trained in Reflexology,Pregnancy massage, Aromatherapy, Remedial and sports massage, Indian head massage, beauty therapy & specialized in baby massage in 2006 after the birth of my 3rd child. One to one classes can also be arranged if preferred. If your baby is

unsettled or has colic I can call to your house and guide you through the different techniques. At an infant Massage class, I demonstrate on a doll a series of Massage Techniques based on Swedish massage, Reflexology & yoga, guiding through nursery rhymes and songs, while the parents/guardian works with these moves on their baby. Massage is fun for parent & baby and can be used from a very early age & you can continue to massage your child as they grow. Benefits of massage:

Communication for parents and caregivers At each class we work on a different part of the body, & by week 4 you
get to do a full body infant massage on your baby. I provide the massage oil & handouts for you to take home. The class provides a good social venue for mums to get together & support one another in the post~natal period & a wonderful chance to exchange tips over a cuppa! Infant massage classes are run over 4/5 weeks each class is approx 90mins-2hours
