We are delighted to announce that Writech has been shortlisted as a finalist for the Excellence in Health & Safety award at the Irish Construction Industry Awards! We believe that identifying potential hazards before they become incidents is key to protecting our people and maintaining the highest standards across our operations.

We are delighted to announce that Writech has been shortlisted as a finalist for Excellence in Health & Safety at the Engineering Excellence Awards. This recognition highlights the importance we place on building safety into every stage of our design and build process. Rather than waiting for issues to arise, we focus on identifying potential risks early, strengthening our processes and ensuring that safety remains at the forefront from design through to delivery.

A key part of this proactive approach is our Good Catch Initiative, which encourages our teams to speak up, report potential hazards and share observations before they can develop into incidents. By reviewing these reports, carrying out thorough risk assessments and identifying patterns or recurring issues, we can take preventative action and continually improve our safety standards! 🦺
