- We aim to be, at a minimum, cost neutral. The financial control position is a tactical one and as such it must make a contribution. We see ourselves as an extension of the management team and take an active & inclusive

role.

- We understand our clients business & how the various revenue centres perform & the expected margins. We work in partnership with our clients and leverage our combined experiences in pursuit of our objective to..improve business.

- Substantially all of our work is carried out with the client at their premises. This makes us more accessible to our client and integrates us into the business.
