A beautiful day well spent with family and friends together in nature. Cultivating soil to nurture for growth while enjoying the journey together along the way.

An evening home yoga practice followed by a nice cuppa and some precious cuddles.

Thank you yoga ✨ for supporting me through each season in the cycle of life. For offering me awareness, presence and joy to fully appreciate all the simple pleasures.

YOGA has the power and potential to transform. A regular practice can be magical. My practice is a ritual taking me into the present moment where I can connect my breath, body and mind. Setting conditions to allows me to move, expand and reoriante myself using imagination and embodiment to create volume and dimension. This allows me to restore and rebalance, bringing me joy and self acceptance. Yoga brings me home to my abode. It teaches me to grow and be better at life. I am forever grateful ✨

You brought so much joy into the world our beautiful friend. Myself, Ed and our boys will be eternally grateful to you. It was an absolute pleasure and a privilege to have been your neighbour and friend. We will never forget your kindness and beaming smile. You welcomed us to Cliffoney with open arms. You were loved by everyone in our community and afar. You will be missed beyond measure especially by Seamus and your amazing family. Our heartfelt sympathy... 💔

We will smile and remember you with love and happiness all through the seasons, as the waves crash and we walk on the sand together looking out to mermaids' cove ..
