# Mindful Monday. As we move into our New Year, many of us have already made lots of New Years Resolutions and are struggling to keep them. Here's a big missing piece, in order to bring in something new into your life, you must be ready to LET GO of things that are no longer serving you! There must be a space for the New to enter.

So ask yourself now, what is one thing I'm ready to let go of, one big factor in most people's lives seems to be STRESS. Imagine starting right there!
To help you on your way, here is a simple technique to use called "Calming the Circuits". Use this as soon as you begin to feel stress.

1. Find a quiet place to sit, drop your shoulders and relax as best you can. Close your eyes if you wish
2. Now taking a nice deep breath in recite
"I'm breathing in CALM"
3.Next on a long slow breath out recite
"I'm breathing out STRESS"
4. REPEAT 6 TIMES and that's you starting to LET GO of STRESS. Well done, please leave a comment if you DO the technique and share how it was for you. Have an amazing week everyone. Be well.
